Thread: 2.8 RSR OEM Twin Plug Distributor

2.8 RSR OEM Twin Plug Distributor

This item has been in my storage for several years. It came off of an RSR engine built by Bo Strandell in Sweden (former engineer from Kremer Racing in the seventies when racing Le Mans). I have no use for it and hope it can find a new owner and be fitted to one the rare original 2.8 Carrera RSR racecars.

The item is used but in working conditio. It has been rebuilt to photo cells but can easily be converted back to original specifications.Part originality has been confirmed by raceservice4u.com

Identical parts are priced anywhere from $5k-10K but I am willing to accept a lower but fair offer.

    ASKING PRICE: $4K

May want to read the sticky at the top of this section "all users before you post". The first bullet is that you must state a price.

Put a price on it then we can all decide if we want to PM.

My thanks to my fellow forum members. As they have mentioned, all items for sale require a specific price. As such, please edit your thread.

    Deja vu

Last year I offered $100. Given the rate of inflation, I’ll up my offer to $300.

Seriously my Goodman, a year has gone by and it hasn’t sold either from indecision or you do have a firm price in your head and have turned down “reasonable offers”. How many years has it been sitting in your stash? Post your minimum firm price and let the market bear.
