    WTB: 914 seats, rails and fresh air controls

    Hello I have a 914 with racing seats and want original seats with both seats adjustable
    want good cores and complete rails. It shows in pictures what I have. Also need 3 lever switch and cables for dash that works the fresh air defrost and heat.Also need e brake handl and cables. Shown in pictures.

    I could be wrong, but if I recall correctly you are goimg to have some work involved installing factory seats. The seat mounts you have will need to be cut out. In between your seat mounts on the rear are two flat areas of metal reinforced floor pan. You'll need to weld seat hinges to those locations in order to mount your sliders.

    Yes, unfortunately I have to agree with the previous speaker: someone welded something in here that originally didn't belong there. So it only helps you to a limited extent to buy the right original parts. you will need to activate the flex machine.

    I have a very well preserved bracket complete with rails for the driver's seat. I can offer this to you for 60€ - but you will probably also get it in the USA, so that you can save the shipping costs.

    Don't forget the seats are different L&R with the slope of the headrest. Key911, do you also have the notched bracket that bolts to the crossmember for each seat?

    The guy who sold them to me had multiple sets and I assumed this was a complete set! I believe that’s all I have and thanks Dave for the info !
