Recaro S Sport Seats with Double Locker Tilting Frames

I have a rare Recaro sport seat set with double locker tilting frames available for sale. The set is complete and was originally made for end 1972 and 1973 cars. They were a nice and costly extra option in T and E cars. Standard in all 911 S cars those days. The seats have a date stamp on them (oct 14, 1972).

The seats were reupholstered 20 years ago with genuine leather. The peanut style headrest still have their original leatherette upholstery. The quality of the leather is very good either well maintained or used barely after the upholstery. Some small scratches (see pictures) but no tears or rapairs. The foam is of good quality. Seats are plug and play.

Twenty years ago someone also did a respray of the recliners and the tilting bases. It was done in a simple way. The wrinkle finish which is supposed to be on the recliners is less visible due to the new paint.

All mechanisms (recliners and tilting bases) are fully functional. Recaro knobs are undamaged and also original.

This is a rare change to obtain full leather recaro seats with a nice ‘used patine’.

If desired I do have the original seatbelt receivers (with the orange square button) and a three point seatbelt set available at extra cost.

Because this is a very rare highly sought after set the price is 10500$. Shipment to the US is 500$.5B6D9ED7-40FA-4CEB-B6CD-A9B87A8D455E.jpg33E9A2E9-5C0E-4DF5-AF09-F06CBB60BE62.jpgC7FCC130-CDB1-47AB-860D-AE26BC25945B.jpg86242A43-1CDB-4F32-BF99-D3D9E4913809.jpg7A1BB6CD-5BBA-4FDA-A51E-8C5BB87E4346.jpgCFD9C0D7-B305-408D-B472-BAB25BD1653B.jpg4234555A-77A3-4E05-B0CC-10FC9BAF660F.jpg49859535-8CF1-4F82-8C6F-EF5D05F70697.jpg47815F18-4A55-4596-BF01-29636C481A3F.jpg850BD728-0506-46F3-8E99-C6203157DBF2.jpg

A good chance to buy a double locker seat set for 1973 (reduced price 10500) or a 1971-1972 non double locker set from superfreddy. See ad below this one

    Hi everybody,

I expected this set would sell fast. Double lockers are rare. I will reduce the price to 9000$ but that’s it. Seats like this sell on BaT for far over 10k.

Comments on pricing and quality of the seats is welcome.

Thank you have a good week.
