    Approximate weight of a 356 engine

    Anyone shipped a 356 engine or know roughly the weight of a 356,engine?

    according to the 356 C drivers manual ,its 253 lb dry

    It also depends on how heavy you build the crate, I've been dinged pretty hard by freight companies when I underestimated the crate.
