    1970 911E wiper function question

    Hey all. Working on a 1970 911E. I know that the 1970 wiper system is a one year only version. I'd like to clarify if mine is working as designed.

    1st click up of wiper switch: intermittent function and wipers make two swipes
    2nd click up is low speed
    3rd click up is high speed

    My biggest question is the intermittent function. Is the two passes with a short pause and the two more passes normal function of this system?

    my 1971 does just a you described. seems normal.

    Current long term ownership: 63 Cab, 71 911, 74 914
