    Gemini Girl home again...71S

So my 71S finally came back from the shop where they were focused on an intermittent engine performance issue. Turned out to be a bad restored Bosch ECI and issues with the MFI pump - also restored. A bit of a shame as I was careful to have components restored by some of the best. They told me she runs like a sweet dream (whatever that is!). In any case, I took the dog out this am and there she was in my driveway. The shop had dropped her back late yesterday. Being December in New England you can see the frost. I still have to finish off a few small items, including installing the aluminum rear panel. Thanks to the many on this thread who helped along the way. Could not have done it without you.

Congrats. Nothing better than a well tuned 2.2L MFI motor on the boil.

Ahhhh the sixties... I envision myself one early Saturday morning wearing plaid shorts, black shoes with white socks smoking a cigarette heading to the hardware store to buy a bag of nails.
SWB cars are an acquired taste however once acquired theirs no turning back.
