    1970 Metallic blue paint tag - Photo please

    Howdy Early S friends
    Any of you fellas have a 1970 Metallic Blue paint tag close by that you could snap a picture of ? I need to recreate one for my project and I’d like to see factory stamping(s)

    The 1970 could have a decal or a riveted badge depending on the VIN. Does yours have the rivet holes? What is the VIN?

    The car is a 914-6 , it does have a metal tag

    A 914/6 would have a different tag than that shown

    Were 914-6 bodies made by Karmann in Osnabrück? and then sent down, by train, to have the engines and other parts installed in Stuttgart?
