    Decklid letters drilling template 67-73

I would like to call it product of the year , if there was a anual early 911 parts award show :-) joke aside

I canīt count how many hours we spend drilling holes on the decklid for the PORSCHE script

Here is after hours and hours of prototyping and printing , what I would say we got a pretty cool thing for workshops

a Template for the holes for the PORSCHE letters on the decklid

    small instrution incl BUT

you need a laser leveler , and and 10-12 good small magnets

place the template which is made of a kind of soft plastic material and laser printed

and just mark the holes on you decklid and you can use this template over and over again ,

use the vertical and horisontal guide lines to messure twice using your laser leveler

place the tabs on the marked points , as we all know the tabs can be a bit off from letter to letter

    dob check , drill ,

My advice do this before paint ,if you are making a project

Hope you like it , it saved me allready many hours of work

we checked serval decklids to make this templates and

we seen big variation in the width and hight of org decklids

and also the difference of the taps ,on the back of the letters

so not saying its 100% spot on to original, but 99.95%

Pricing 100€ incl postage world wide

    a 65-66 version comming up

for ordering drop me a mail to early911parts@gmail.com
