    WTB: 65-68 L/H window regulator

Any condition is OK; worn out gear teeth, no problem.
I need it for 'parts'. Mainly the part that attaches to
the bottom of the window glass rail.

Should look like the first or middle regulator in the picture but L/H side.
    Pic only shows R/H regulators.

BTW, Pic stolen from a old Jim Breazeale post. Thanks Jim.

Email, text or a real phone call is all OK

Still looking for that L/H 65-68 window requlator.
Any (almost any) condition is OK. Only need a single part.
Check that stash. Easy $50 bucks.

    Hi Paul

I can probably help you. I'll just need a break in the rain to dig one out of my stash.

    Regards

    Mr Hooper,

    Thanks for your reply.
I don't believe that one will work for the part I need.
That one looks to be a 69-73 regulator.

The part that attaches to the bottom window rail
appears to be different from the earlier regulators
in length and center attach point offset.
Please chime in if you know for sure.

BTW, What is your asking price?
Someone else may need that part.

You are correct. The 2 parts will not interchange due to different measurements.
Note 1: SWB window regulator frames are rectangular in shape. LWB window regulator frames are a trapezoid shape (the ends are not at the same angle). Now you can spot a LWB vs SWB regulator a block away.
Note 2: LH regulators, both SWB and LWB, are 20 times more in demand than RH regualtors. (England, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa and Japan excluded)

Are the Targa parts the same as Coupe?
To err is human; to blame it on someone else is more human...

Yes, through 1974 and a bit further.
