68 Targa - Gauge cluster service recommendation

Hello, again. Back story is that I've got a car in parts. I'm slowly going through all of them to see what needs servicing or replacing.

I've got the 5 gauges in a box. Unfortunately it seems the sand blasting of the car was done with the gauges in it (or near it) since speedo is full of sand. I want to have all of the gauges serviced...cleaned and renewed to make sure they operate correctly.

A quick forum search came up with North Hollywood and Palo Alto as 2 sources for this. The threads for these recommendations were 5+ years old, so I'm reaching out again for any recent input on who I should contact for a gauge cluster refurb.

There are some other sources I found via google that specialize in classic car gauge restoration and I'll reach out there, as well.

Someone on a post I read mentioned a mod needed to the tachometer? The guy was rebuilding his early car and mentioned having gauges refreshed and the source he used made the mod. Can't find the post now, but wanted to ask if there is a specific update I need to be aware of?

    Thanks, in advance.

    Chad

Buz at Seattle Speedometer was a reliable alternative at one time (I used him in late 2020 - mid-2021) but per this thread https://www.early911sregistry.org/fo...le+speedometer there have been reliability issues with him of late.
