    Yes they are but they are becoming more and more unavailable! Your best bet is looking for a partially assembled kit. Thanks.

    This set doesn't seem to be unique.
    14/15 and 8/9 have different fonts. See closely on the 'R's and 'G's. and the 'D's.
    The 17/19, 12/13, and 10/11 are perhaps the most correct ones and the most sought-after.
    Correct me if my wrong.
