Air hoses Behr Blower to airbag/flapper

It had been several times discussed that the air hoses turn from brown/grey to tan over the years.
The hoses for hot air like the ones from the footwell to airbox/distributor had been tan in all original cars if seen.
But not all showed tan faded hoses from the BEHR blower box to the airbox.

Checked pictures of my cars and at least four of them show still grey/brown hoses from blower box to the airbox.

Well these hoses only see cold/medium temperatured air.

Anyone else (not Texas/southern California) noticed this?

I ll be at the cars in two days and will check if the mentioned hoses had been replaced.
Which color had they inside? Brown or tan paper or aluminum?
