    Looking good Mike!

I was able to put some miles on the car today so here are some pictures outside in the real world. I happened to be going through an area where the fire department was doing a controlled burn, so I managed to get a few interesting pictures in the process.

Well, how does it drive? As good as it looks?

Having never driven a '73 Carrera; if they feel like this car then I now understand what all the fuss is about.

    It drives beautifully!

    Mike,

So great to meet you yesterday at the big Luft event! So cool that they staged our cars back to back to showcase our classic Skittle colors. Safe travels on your return back east.

Thanks Steve, it was great to meet and hang out with you and Maddie! Also quite cool to be parked next to such a cool (and early) Carrera.

Fantastic job collecting all the various period-correct items for your 1974. The photos look great, especially the Luft Lime Green and Orange comparison shots!

Final upgrade: Cibie hood lights & chin spoiler. I agonized about this decision but now that it's done I couldn't be happier.

Officially joined by one of her stablemates. Still ironing out some restoration bugs but the car is getting dialled in little by little.
