Also-- These cars may be FOREVER YOUNG but the people that know how to work on these cars that have been around since the 1970's and 80's are not forever young and the new faces coming behind them are not as many as when these car first came out. So my advise is to get your car fixed and done while you still can.

It's especially important to take care of lighting issues.

Rise or decline in value relative to what year and price bought at — some folks here new to early 911 ownership and others here have owned theirs a long while, before they became so “fashionable”.

I bought my car early nineties and by some folks here that was twenty years late ( although my excuse is I was a kid in early 70s ans my pocket money like my legs didn’t stretch quite that far at the time).

The market here in SoCal looks pretty solid. Just look at the Lit met and swap meet last weekend. Crowds galore. And the open houses at the shops were packed. Considering the awful weather we had the turnout was surprising.Great cars get TOP$$. SWT's are rare and prices are climbing like the speedster and roadster markets. Restos are super expensive and years of waiting for a well done resto as there are only a handful of talented, honest shops left in my opinion. Parts guys in my opinion will miss out holding out for higher and higher prices as the supply of resto candidates dwindles... Sell those parts now in my opinion.

What's your point? That car clearly has issues of past bad repairs.
