    San Diego

Joined the Family for a trip to San Diego . . . soccer tourney

If you've tried to drive to San Diego ever --- especially on a week-end . . . then you better be prepared for some traffic. Patience, patience, patience. I'm kinda used to it, by now, but trying to maintain formation in that melee --- we took two vehicles . . . calls for some creative tactics

I was solo at first, but after seeing the HOV Lane ('high occupancy vehicle' = 2-or-more) wide-open, we pulled-over and I took one of the Little Rascals into my car . . . and off we hauled!

Still got stuck at one point. My Little Rascal actually dozed-off around Carlsbad. But as soon as things opened-up? --- it was ears back, claws out

I can tell you how much fun that was, but seeing the giggling face of a 13-year-old was WAAAAY better

So, uhhhh ---- meanwhile, we've been getting in some stick time on my TDi . . .

. . . but I'd love to see these Little Rascals do their DMV test in a Porsche

    After a coupla trips to TLG . . .
    https://www.early911sregistry.org/fo...=1#post1176011

. . . been putting on some more 'tune-up/shake-down' miles

Coupla 'round the block' type drives . . . = charge the batts, keep the tires from flat-spotting, get the oil + brakes neissenhot

Swung by the Porsche Experience Center over in Carson. Trying to talk these Guys into displaying the Nasty Car there --- maybe free-up some of my garage space? No luck, so far.

    'Joe Who?'

And went out and got a haircut

    Just a car

I bought a suction cup camera mount and went out with a friend for some driving shots. This is at Posbank, one of the nicest driving roads in the Netherlands...
