Not the most spectacular place, everything happened around it. Last weekend Le Mans 24hr race....and only time early in the race when Porsche was leading the Hypercars..

    Thumbs up

Another up and over to the coast from my place in the West Valley... For the locals, or those that follow on 'maps'

Mulholland HYW west to Stunt, up to Schueren to Rambla Pacitico to Las Flores down to PHC. Breakfast at OLLO in Malibu, up PCH to Latigo Canyon all the way to Kanan, to Troutdale, back to Mulholland HYW to the Old Place, Mulholland east to Topanga, to Ventura Blvd to check in the progress of the new Woodland Hills dealership... 70 brisk miles at about 11 mpg...

No pics except the latest in front of the dealership....

EASY Saturday. Emeryville, CA. Good to be different. Finished reassembling my '65 SC after mods and paint. It needed some exercise. Not as fast as my '73S but sometimes it's more fun to drive a slow car fast than a fast car slow.

    To The Petersen . . .

    . . . and back

Traffic got pretty busy coming home --- lotsa cars, lotsa jostling

Santa Monica/405 interchange felt like a cage-fight with cars

    So --- with a fresh engine coming off of break-in? . . .

    . . . well --- all I can say is? . . .

    . . . no prisoners

    220 km

    Paul,

    Just under 285,000 miles...
About 120,000 miles on the '2003 2.7 engine rebuild...

Been averaging about 6000 miles a year for the last 34 years...

BTW - 6000 miles (2 to 3 track days and lots of canyons) also equals the life of my TOYO RA1's...
So, a new set every year for the last 15 years...

    - Restroom stop in Santa Paula...
