    the 100 new parts challenge

I took on a challenge maybe I had a beer or 2-3-4-5 too many and 2 shots
Can you make reproduce 100 new part numbers in 365 days hmmm sure no problem :-)

it can be anything it can be small or big,
    so 100 new parts
parts that can be made better / improved so not necessary parts that are NLA
    offcause NLA is king
can be made cheaper cause some prices are "ARE U SERIOUS" prices

here is just 2 parts that I am finishing
lighter bezel Swb Brass in Chome / Lwb alloy
it did not had a seperat part number, but many have dents , my guys allways complain , so here we got

and the 69-74 door stop part number 911.531.037.00
allready on the market but they all forgot the complicated part of the production
the small grooves on the wheel and the arm , We made it
and we used the correct strength of springs , and alloy material
2 repro cost me allready a painted door skin :-( so time to make my own
so I will have these ready in a few weeks and will offer them here at a super price for the pair

so any Ideas hit me what to make

I’m not 100% sure what you are asking.

Some parts that would be nice to have are: 911 parts:

    1. The 6 month only large engine area fuse cover for 1971. Injection molded plastic

    2. Cibie palla hood light frame ring behind the chrome ring.

    3. Cibie palla hood light turnbuckles (adjusters)

    4. European metal dividers inside the turns signals ( front and rear)

    5. Red 10000volt screwdrivers that aren’t too much $.

    6. pudence fuse pack

    7. Chrome Clips/latch for the tool bags

    8. Leather key fobs and chain for around $50

    9. Hella clear lens interior light (just the plastic)

    10. The black plastic Shark fin and the other whale tail seat release levers

    11. Multi colored vinyl document folder, that looks real. Including the clear transparent one for 356.

    12. Black plastic hirschmann antenna tip

    13. Cool and nice 75 years grill badge

    14. Cool and vintage ‘tourist delivery’ grill badge

    15. fuel pump diaphragm for 356 and 912, that doesn't cost $100

I can send photos of each if you need?

The plastic stoppers in the luggage compartment are mostly NLA (except for the 25mm which are easy to find).
Below a list which I looked for, but did find

    99970309440 stopper 12.5
    99970309540 stopper 17.7
    99970308340 stopper 14
    99970305740 stopper 18
    99970309840 stopper 19
    99970305840 stopper 16
    ???????????? Stopper 22 (illustration 801-20, #30, no parts number)

    Neither found available

the washer for the window pivot: 90002500240
the original retaining bracket for the window frame: 91154206100
the rosettes for the automatic seat belt: 90180313900
the inner sealing for the doors: 90153193725 & 90153193825

These were parts where I could not find originals and had to use newer versions or find some alternative solution

    hi Marek

something totally selfish here that others may find helpful -
    a heated rear window for a 914
not many sold new and now NLA - the used ones are usually very poor condition

    thanks
    Dennis
1970 914-6 - materialised from the 'Lotto' garage into reality
    1971 2.2 911 S - now back in the UK - sob!
1975 Carrera Targa (ROW) - missed.
