Driving to Porsche Parade in my 1969

    Hi! All,

I thought I would post here to see if anyone had any recommendations for driving to Palm Springs in my air cooled 1969. Recently serviced, sounds and runs great, but with less than 90,000 original miles this is a major trek, at 200 miles.

    Fab,

I guess the question would be 'you're driving your '69 911 to Palm Springs' from where ?

We've had weather here in La Quinta about 10 degrees below normal for this time of year for the last month or so. It's been in the 80's to mid 90's. However it's 100 this weekend, then should cool back down. Let's hope it last a little longer.
