Change o-ring in the mag carter bolt

Hi, I need to change an oil ring in the magnesium carter of one of the bolts close to the oil radiator (see picture) ... I am worried that by loosing the nut to replace it I will somehow compromise the whole tightening of the carter ... any thought / advice?

    Thanks

    Massimo

Go ahead, if its leaking now, which I assume is why you're doing this, you'll either fix it or it will still leak, and you'll be no worse off than you are now.
