And yet the local Porsche Club here in San Diego had an outing at CPR (coffee and doughnuts, tech sessions) there a few months ago. Remarkable facilities, many, many cars in various stages of being apart. I had no idea at the time the situation was as bad as it apparently is and I can't imagine officials of the Club were aware either.

Sometimes there is a place for uncle Guido and his friends to help facilitate negotiations.

Thank you all for posting the list of legal action. All can review the documents and understand each case on the County's website.

Looking at the cars available on the CPR website, which ones are like "tonyI" and potentially problematic with respect to title and availability?

    Regards,
    Steve

All of the cars on CPR’s website are potentially problematic. CPR has reportedly committed fraud in a variety of ways. In my case CPR went as far as providing fake bank wire confirmations. Woodside Credit asked CPR for proof the Title was clear and CPR provided a payoff letter…. But CPR did not disclose that another lien had been placed on the car.

Weird Post I know but here goes:
Please offer help if you can> I live in Colorado and volunteer with Seniors. One Senior (Hans, 86, and has owned this car since new, totally restored and worth some real $) I work with sent his 1970 911 to CPR Classics and I have been dealing with CPR for about a month. They claim the car is sold but now have refused to send payment, blah blah blah (the lies are simply amazing: fake tracking numbers, grandmothers dying, etc)
I am trying to find info on any attorneys that are currently or in the past have dealt with CPR to see if they can help Hans
Since I am new I cannot message anyone yet.
My name is Mark MacHale, feel free to google me. my number is 970-275-1006
Or just supply a lawfirm here in this thread please. Hans is desperate and very torn up over this loss and I want to give him some hope

BTW his car is still listed on CPR stock 2697. Anyone want to call CPR and see if it's still available? Big ask I know but they have my phone blocked.

I note that the Stoddard bus tour during the LA Lit Meet weekend does not stop at CPR. Thank goodness !!

We are literally dumbfounded by what has happened, and the fact that she is still in business. I live in Colorado or I would be out front with a Sandwich Board noting the scams. Violence would be a good release for me, but luckily I am not 30 anymore. She just told my senior guy Hans that she would be overnighting a check today. Third time she has said this. First time had a bogus tracking number.
When we call or text back she acts like nothing has transpired before that call. Truly bizarre.

What a mess. I don't get people who do this stuff. I hope all of the owners get their cars back. I've become very caucuses who I deal with these days. It's taken some of the fun out of working on these cars, and that's unfortunate.
