    Recovering Peanut Headrest

Has anyone recovered their peanut-style headrests? I bought a bare set from Auto Foreign Service and a set of covers from Autos International. Very happy with both but unsure as to how to assemble. Cover slides on and fits well, but I don't get the metal plate that sits under the headrest. I think you glue everything to the metal plate? The foam has a depression that just fits the plate, but then the slots in the plate are nowhere near the headrest arms? Anyone been down this road?

    Hi,

you have to cut the cardbord stripe on the way you see on the attached picture. Next point, the metal plate has to be mounted with the open side outside. Then you can wrap or clic in the cardbord stripe into the guides. Nothing you have to glew. That's it.
