Early SWB ignition switch with dome lock - 2 different types

    Hello everybody,
Haul and I are discussing following topic:
Here are pictures of 2 different SWB ignition switches with dome lock for FL keys.
When did it change from the early convex tip style with longer produding key lock cylinder to the later, shorter, concave tip style?
    Thank you for your help.

    BR Claudius

And the Part Numbers? may be 901.613.101.00 (1965-1968) 901.613.101.01 (1968-1969) can you check? You have a good question
