    Total Fire Extinguisher

G'Day! Has anyone attempted to 'refill' their vintage total extinguisher? 'My Guy' here in Oz thinks he can refill it and therefore potentially use it again providing we figure out how to remove the ivory plastic cap. Anyone know how without damaging it? Thanks!

Be careful to protect the seal before attempting any twisting moment. If it were mine, I would keep it as original for display and purchase another for daily use.
