    380mm steering wheel without a part #

This leather steering wheel doesn't have any stamped part #. The only number stamped is 812. Any idea what model is it?

Maybe for a '69 car. Date code is 812 (12/68).

As you can see, the stitching is badly aligned. Could this be the reason why the factory did not stamp a part # on this one as it's defective (seconds)?

    Is the leather genuine factory?

Looks like original leather, only re-stitched I presume.
