    1968 1969 1970 Porsche 911 912 Blaupunkt New Yorker AM/SW / FM US Radio

F/S: A Blaupunkt New Yorker AM/ SW / FM Signal Seek Radio. This is the top of the line radio that Blaupunkt made for the Porsche 911 / 912.

    1) The New Yorker is a US band AM/SW/FM Radio. It has the signal see feature. It was the top of the line Blaupunkt Radio is the US.

    2) This radio comes with all of it's original paperwork. The serial number on the paperwork matches the serial number on the radio.

    3) The serial number begins with the letter " A " which means the radio was built by Blaupunkt between July 1, 1968 and June 30, 1969.

    4) The paperwork says the radio was purchased by a US Air Force Lt. Col at Lindsay Air Station Wiesbaden Germany on Dec 2, 1970.

    5) This is a good looking radio with the chrome face plate needed for the late 68, 69 & 70 Porsche 911 / 912. The dial face is very nice and it has all the knobs. The chrome on the ends of the push buttons is nice. This radio will look good in the dash.

    6) The radio is complete with all of it's cables, power wires etc. I powered the radio up and it played on FM and made noise on AM but I couldn't bring in any stations on the AM band. I pressed the signal seek button and nothing happened. So the radio will need service. But it is in much better than most I have found over the years.

Price is $650.00 + reasonable shipping. If interested, contact me via this web site and I will respond. DSC01304.jpgDSC01303.jpgDSC01305.jpgDSC01306.jpgDSC01311.jpgDSC01312.jpgDSC01313.jpgDSC01314.jpgDSC01318.jpgDSC01307.jpg
