Porsche 1967 911S inside door trigger end cap LH or RH?

    Good Afternoon,
I worked maintaining and restoring a 1967 911S years ago and acquired this Door Handle Escutcheon from another 1967S. It was unobtanium at that time. I am sure today someone is remaking them. This one is original to the 67S.
I am going to be moving this onto someone that needs this to complete their 67S.
By the shape can anyone tell whether this is for a LH Drive, LH or RH position? I cant remember, but my gut was telling me it was from the drivers side. Very difficult to find in posted photos.
Thank You for the help with this!
    Best Regards,
    Steve

    moito,
    That photo says it all!
    Thank you for this.
I did find the PN's for both the drivers and passengers side at the local Porsche dealer, RH Side is 901-559-496-50 and LH Side is 901-559-495-50.
I am gonna head to Parts For Sale area and get it to someone who is in need.
Not sure what an obscure part like this is worth.
    Thanks Again,
    Steve

Eric Linden, auto Foreign makes the reproduction ones. Don't think they are quite as shiny, but it may be your picture.

    doigthom,
Great find! I knew there had to be reproductions out there.
So 75 bucks for one is a pretty good deal.
As far as the plating goes, I would think that would be up to the discerning eye.
Plating in the 60's was pretty nice from my experience. 50 some years of patina and still shining, that's pretty good.
I think I have a good idea on pricing now.
    Thank You,
    Steve
