    What is this part called (SWB trunk)?

    I cannot find a part in the PET, but hopefully you can help.

    In the attached photo, what is the name or Porsche part number for the rounded, 2-bolt cover located just to the left of the fuse box/fuel tank inlet tube and just to the right of the plastic steering column cover? It seems to have a "dogbone" washer strap across the two hex bolts at the bottom.

    The current one available (superseded number) is slightly different than the original.
    I don’t have the part number at hand but could check in a few days.

    Not sure what it’s referred to in the PET catalog but I would call it steering column tube.
