RS light wright seat sliders and brackets

    Hi Guys,

I’m getting ready to sell my car and need help with a set of seat tracks/sliders and brackets. As it sits, I'm utilizing sliders from a g body car, the slider bearing are shot and the seats are too low and the rake isn’t right.

What’s a good off the shelve brackets/slider to make this a more enjoyable to drive and have the right position.

    Thanks

    Rex

hi, unfortunately I don't fully understand your question - or the translator isn't translating correctly. Are you looking for original rails for the Porsche Lightwight Recaros? Can you perhaps post a picture of what you are looking for - maybe I can help you. regards uwe

    your combo is pretty bad.
I myself also have seats without headrests BUT having bucket seats and those harnesses doesn't really go together.
With a regular 3 point seatbelt you'd be less prone to submarining.
So if you have 3 point harnesses get at least a seat with a possibility to have the harness through an opening in the boulster and a headrest to keep the rear centered and not sliding off your shoulders.

lol. You are not wrong. But i do like the look and need the seats to sit upright a little better (1-2 inches) and rake forward.

    Thoughts on that

New Recaro Seat Rails, Sliders and Brackets

I have a brand new set of Recaro seat rails, with what appears to be double locking seat sliders and the mounting brackets for a Porsche 911. These appear to solve your problem with respect to seat height and basic Recaro seat functions, however I don't see a seat tilt feature.

If interested please send me a PM with your email address for details.

    TIA for your interest.

These look like they would owrk. Where are the holes to attach to the actual seat? Are the rails tilted and that’s why are not visible. DM coming Henry.
