    Momo Monza steering wheels inquiry

I found this Momo Monza 350mm steering wheel in my parents' basement, and I still don't know whether to sell it or keep it.
In case I decide to sell it I wanted to understand the value.

I'd say >800 USD <1500 USD incl. Horn Button - if the leather cracked at 5 o clock is still rescuable
if it was 370mm it would be worth more

That’s also dependent on whether the foam rubber underlayment (grip) is still pliant or hardened from age/heat.

Bottom spoke has been bent and I see stress fractures.

The lower spoke is not bent the steering wheel is straight, I don't think these are stress fractures.

What do you call what I see going through the center of the largest hole in the down spoke?

Many of us here have owned enough of these wheels to be able to make an opinion about a spoke that’s been bent and straightened. That action produces small fractures in the aluminum along the bend line, easily seen in the anodized finish.

I myself have owned several early MOMO wheels with this very same issue and currently own this very same wheel, in silver no less. When mounted on the column, they can be fragile and can be easily bent just by applying the wrong pressure getting into or out of the car using the wheel for support.

It’s not personal. The wheel is what it is. You asked for opinions, yes?

The hub is not from a Porsche of any kind, if that has any effect on value.
