    nice work - what is the video recording system? Head mounted, but all of the data?

    Hey Rick!

    It's a pretty trick setup/app,

    The app syncs up to your camera, a gps receiver, and uses your phones/tablet telemetry system for the accelerometer. I use my phone but my buddy uses a tablet (if you are really interested I can see what tablet he uses it's very inexpensive from what I recall). As soon as the car reaches a certain g force it automatically turns the system on or off. If you have a odb port it can also record your RPM's if the car has that feature. I would love to have that info, but I would need to see what it takes to do that.

    I don't have a co-driver, but you can overlay the info and footage and see where your buddy is faster or slower
    Here is my buddy's setup where I am co-driving his 914, I am on the left side. Since I have been autox for so long, it's sorta loosing it's competitiveness, and it's more about hanging with friends (it gets boring to be at the top all the time hahaha) but this app now makes it more fun with the car sharing and geeking out with the data.
