    While I do list brochures here for sale with a fixed price… In this case I'm not sure what the fixed price would be so I am auctioning it at "No Reserve"...Highest last bid wins the binder...I have used this auction website in the past and have had great buying and selling auction results. It's $49 for me to list it and the winning bidder pays 5% buyers fee to PCARMARKET.
