    WTB: Ignition Switch for a 1969 911

    I bought a replacement one and it is crap so looking for a good original one.
    Let me know what you have and a price including shipping to a business in Kenilworth, NJ 07033.

    FWIW the ignition has male spades connectors and I show the original part number as 901 613 013 00

    It's a simple operation to make a adapter harness to use the replacement Bosch switch with screw in vs spade terminals on the original switch. your factory bezel will fit on the replacement switch, too.

    Thanks Jim. Something to consider but for now look for an original one.

    I have this one, from a 69 912 that was parted out. $500 shipped. Includes all the fixins, original and two copy keys. These have a starter lockout if you try to start twice without turning the key to off first.

    The above switch is very nice and reasonably priced but is for ROW cars. US delivered 68 and 69 911 and 912s got non locking switches and the bezel will not interchange with the one pictured

    The 69 ignition has no steering lock.

    You could have been more specific. I have non locking also, if I can find it.
