    Door window lift channel install

    Anyone have any pointers on instillation of the window bottom U channel. Is there a adhesive recommendation, or is it just the friction of the rubber strip. I understand the channel edge should be 82mm from the glass forward edge. Rob

    Just did mine last week….will get photo of the adhesive I used
    Also looking at your pieces …make sure to cleanup and edges of the slot where the rollers slide
    They must be smooth or lift will be stiff and hard to crank ..
    I actually decided to buy new channel lifts , with new rubber for the glass insert..
    Mine are really smooth and crank up without pressure
