Hella 128 mounting help needed

How do lights like the Hella 128 mount into the early style bumpers.
Obviously the small door come off, but is there a special bracket needed?

Yes, off of Doug’s new ‘73.

Doug, you won’t find specific brackets because 128s stopped being used after ‘68. If you’re intent on the look of 128s, you’re going to have to fab something custom.

Thanks Michael, looks like I’ll need to fab up something as I really don’t want the “thru the grill” driving light look for my car.

What normally goes in that space of the bumper when the doors are not in place?

Have you looked at the lower 139 fog lights? That is what was used on the LWB cars.
