I sold my '64 911 back in 2022, and still waiting on my '66 912 to get finished up - maybe they can meet up at a local So. Cal event somewhere down the road (?)

Excellent color on that 912 @Euro911 and fun to see the cross-pollination between here and 914World! Is that an EZCarLift underneath? I have one for the 914 - will eventually need to see how it'll work for the 911.

Liberated Rudi yesterday from the fantastic folks at Scott's Independent. Phase 1 complete. Phase 2 is a full detail in a couple of weeks after some miles and we'll see what pops up. Beyond that, we'll see.

Completely drama-free 70 mile meander home from Anaheim on mostly surface streets - staying on the coast where possible.

Interesting how much attention this car gets (this from a guy who drives an Olympic blue 74 914 in a small midwestern town - people act like they're seeing a spaceship.)

Thumbs up - smiles and nods, rolled-down-window comments. Really fun.

Pulled into the Seal Beach pier area for a few quick pictures and some nice people pulled up offering to get me in the frame. I'm usually behind the lens but sure - it's a day of note. For sure.

    110,845 miles.
    And counting.

Brian, I thought I'd never see a Polo red '67 that I'd like better than my red-over-red normal. I like yours better! Gorgeous car, congrats.

    Phase 1: complete.
Finished up earlier this week with a detail and ceramic coating from Ed Lopez @ Ed's Pro Car Care via Scott's. Steamed the carpets and interior, sympathetically shined the trim work and did a great job bringing the paint back.

Slight adjustment to the clutch pedal engagement and brake light switch to have them come on a bit earlier and we're good to go.

Not sure what Phase 2 might be - drive it, I guess!

Did Angeles Crest yesterday for the first time. Friday Good Vibes Breakfast Club run...a great gathering of some really cool and interesting machines - and great car people.
