    XWX

The original "tube type" XWX' tires are identical to the new Michelin repro's. Right down to the ply count. The only difference is a different DOT # and there marked "tubeless".
I still use them on my 73' S. Coker Tire sell's them for about $200 ea.
The only way your going to find the "tube type" is by finding original mounted, unused spare's. But I would recommend using them only for show purposes if you ever locate any.

    Early Fuchs & valve stems

The valve stem I've been using are the same ones used for the VW (wide 5 bolt pattern) steel wheels. I think that they are for a 0.625" hole. I think that they are the TR415. I've been meaning to double check... sorry. Hope that it's not too late to help.

    TR415 valve stems

I went to my local Discount tire and looked at their TR415s, but they appear to be the bulb at the end type, not the wide tapered variety.
