    Is this cross brace removable?

I was wondering if this license place cross brace is removeable. I assume that it is...............what do I do with the exposed screw ports?
    Thanks

It is removable. You could put the screws back in after it is removed.
There is a decent market for those bars. Looks like it is an Amco bar.

Yes it is removeable, however you will have outline of connection plate to deal with along with the screw holes. If outline of plate will polish out you can fill with screw hole plugs most are black in color but could be painted with chrome rattle can. Or just buy replacement bumper guards.
