Thread: solid chain tensioners or Pressure fed??

    I can't add much to Roland's info,only that I agree with his thoughts.
    I am doing some work on a 2.7 that was rebuilt by Feustel a few years ago and it has 930 tensioners. From what I have seen in Germany, the 930 tensioner seem to be the popular choice.
    Another 911 engine I rebuilt last year also had the 930 tensioners. It was rebuilt by a famous race engine builder in the Munich area,can't remember the name...... maybe Roland can.
    Paul,as mentioned above...... I think your on to something!!
