    Steel brake lines

Does anyone sell these apart from the Porsche dealers? I want to replace all the steel brake lines on my 1972 911S - those which run from the master cylinder to the calipers. But Stoddards, Performance Products, Pelican Parts, Tweeks don't seem to stock them, feature them in their catalogues. Or am I missing something. Has anyone replaced these lately, if so, where did you get them from. Have thought of making them up - have done it before, but is it worth it?
    Any replies appreciated!
    Gary

    Steel brake lines

Stoddard lists either a 9 or 10 piece complete metal brake line kit. (SIC.355.790.10,20, or 30 depending on the year) The problem is the lines are not pre-formed and must be bent to the desired shape. I am not aware of any vendor offering the lines already bent (like they do for 356s). I have no idea why. Good luck,
    Dave
