    Older 911 Fuchs

I have a pair of early 911 rims (Part#90136101206)and they have
to be mounted with tubes. The rims do not have the safety lip
on the inside of the wheel. Is it possible to do away with the
tubes? I haven't found a valve stem to fit the rims, any suggestions.
    Thanks

Your wheels our orignal deep 6 wheels and would be correct 67-
73 S cars I check your part number with mine on my 71 2.2 S there
the same. By the way you do not need tubes in these wheels, I
running P6000 195-65 15 Pirrelli with no problems the stems you
need have wide base when seated they look like they pop out ,
but wont, Al Reed In Anaheim Ca. can sell you the stems he also
restores to orignal finished or will polish them. Hes is very
resonable on refinishing his number 714-632-3907 , I have had
several sets done by Al his work is alway top notch, see my add
in classifieds for the wheels that i have for sale. Good Luck
in Finding two more two match. Phil
