    Weber question.......

    Is it possible for Weber carbs to be bench tested, sync'd and dialed in.

    And then put on the engine and have them working perfectly?

    Or is the only way to sync them, is on the engine?

    I'd say that you'd have to do it with them on the engine. I understand you can get them roughly right by doing a kind of pre-install routine . . . this would get it running.

    Perhaps someone more experience could tell you where to look for this pre-install routine, or contridict me completely.

    You should get them as close as possib;e on the bench. Final adjustment WILL require them to be on the running engine.
