    Turbo Tie Rods

I just bought a turbo tie rod kit from Performance Products and received a tie rod from two different manufacturers, Lemforder and Almax. Both are from Germany. The Almax came with a lock-type nut that doesn't accept a pin as opposed to a castle nut. Is the Lemforder OEM? Is there any reason not to accept either one of these or both? They said they'd try to replace the Almax with a Lemforder but could not promise they could. If you have any advice, I'd appreciate it.

George, here's a link on another forum you might care to read. Evidently, the Lemforder is the superior unit!
