    I Installed a portable dehumidifier in the garage. Never any water in the collection bin. It's like an Arizona winter in there.

    My house and garage are separate stuctures, however, they are only 6 feet apart. New building permit requires 10' separation beween multiple residential structures here in Anchorage. This will require demolition of the house.......or garage.

    My gal wants more closet space and another bathroom so....

    New larger garage in the works, waiting for an OK on the building permit. Local building and zoning enforcement officers up here are diffucult to work with...slow progress.

    Garage cost is equal to buying a used 993.
