My car had these lights originally and I've tried unsuccessfully to source the brackets. I did design one in CAD and have 3D printed a plastic version just to check for sizing. I'm going solely off of Eric's image with the ruler, which is a huge help, but the camera angle is skewed so it's really tough to get accurate dimensions. But I think I can get it close. The easiest approach would be to get an actual bracket and either scan it or take all the critical measurements. Then it would be possible to fabricate something close.

And I'm only considering the "main" bracket at this point. Cees may be correct that there is another one that sandwiches the lip of the spoiler, but I thought it was just bolted through the lip.

Thanks Jim and Jeff, with the part numbers in hand I will check with Freisinger. See if they have something.

    Under bumper fog light bracket

Ordered and received the brackets from Freisinger. See pictures, priced at €120,-/each plus VAT, plus UPS shipping. And that is only for one bracket. The swivel is another €40,-..

    Regards,
    Cees

yes, thanks Cees for the follow up and info! @mobius, I'm interested in a set as well, so if you be interested in splitting the shipping from Germany, let's chat (I'm just south of SF).

Just wanted to follow up after receiving the brackets from Freisinger (and I did order another pair for Iz7w). Cees, seems like you immediately thought of Freisinger for this. What other unobtanium tidbits do they have?

Anybody have dimensions for the mounting location, or this more of a "look at some photos and do it by eye" kind of thing? And thanks again Cees for the info!

Check the underside of the bottom of your spoiler.
My (genuine steel 73S) spoiler has a hole in the bottom edge on each side about in line with the middle of the horn grill. I presume they are for the low mounted lights

    Hi Jeff,

Freisinger is the last resort finding these special parts. If they don't have it, probably no one else either. Just give then a part number and you will hear quickly if they have it.
If you have an original Porsche RS GFK spoiler then there are already two mounting holes each side. You can't miss them.

    I believe Hugh is correct....

The spoiler on my car has'm (blue)
And my factory replacement has'm (light ivory)

You can see there is a sheet metal support on the inside that the holes straddle...

    Hope this helps...
