Guys,

My old flasher relay on the '73 had a constant tick, tick, tick to it when ever the car was on but no signals or e-brake engaged. Swapped it out for a new one. Same thing. The only way to get it to stop is to disconnect the hot wire under the car attached to (here comes my ignorance again) some type of devise connected to the brake lines. Question 1 - what gives? Question 2 - by disonnecting the hot wire, what did I disconnect?

Unrelated bonus question 3 - where is the switch located for the hand brake which activates the flashing light on the tach? I need to adjust it. When it's pulled all the way up it stops flashing.

Grazie
