It sounds like the price is for the finished restored car. No mention of original engine, I guess that's acceptable in team racing vehicles - with frequent engine swaps and rebuilds. Anyway, sure looks like one SERIOUS motor!

I'd want some more history for that kind of coin. So... any of you RS gurus know the tale of this one finding it's way to market? Stored in a barn for years?

Hey that Kremer RSR is potentially a real sweet ride....of course all the usual backup confirmation of it's history and actual condition would be 1st priority before I paid that $$$ for it.

But more down to earth is Nick-Moss's 74 RSR clone on his website !!!

Wow....!!!! I like it alot, nice pictures and info.....any updates available? Driving impressions? additional modifications?

I think I smell a very interesting story here !!!

    cheers !!

    Jared,

I have to agree, it is hard to believe that price is not for a finished car.

On the same site there is an ad for RS #953. Does anyone know the story of this Touring car?

Yeah, That looks nice and seems to have everything in order. Then again, I've seen stuff that looks great until you get in there and put the eyeballs on it.

By the time you either go there to inspect it or hire someone to do so... then pay for the shipping, it would still be just about right.

    I'd love it myself.

I have not seen another Kremer car other than mine. The car Nick posted and my car have the same oil cooler recess cut into the tub and the removal of the pass. side battery. Can the Kremer name add that much to the price or is the 210,000 Euros wishfull thinking? This still is an RS not an RSR though it is a Lightweight.
I recently contacted Mr. Kremer. He says he has no records that far back. Hopefully the seller has some paperwork.

    Best,

    Don
