    901 tranny & CV joints

Does anyone know what year the 901 (or 901 + 911) trannies changed from having the drive flanges with a small lip on them to having the flat drive axle flanges (the ones that take the larger dia. CV jonts)?

Anybody know p/n's for the CV's?

    Thanks!

It happened more than a year after the short to long wheel base change... during early production of the 70 Model Year run. This is from my 912 knowledge base. Those 912 boys know the 901 trans way better than I do...and I know it better than the early S boyz.

I suggest you check with the www.912registry.org
