    I'm afraid to even ask, but what might a twin-plug MFI engine like that cost?

    Jack, Mike and Sam,
    Great coverage on the event. Sorry I had to miss it. Where's the next shop visit?

I got scared just seeing the expression on his face when we began discussing it. It had humbled him. It made a rear impression on me just talking to him after testing.
    Elliot FR drives a tailless car at 185 and gains respect/fear? Hell, that makes me the better man! Kurt, at Cambria '01, standing on solid ground while looking at the power under your 912 engine lid? I had both of those feelings... I didn't have to drive it...I already knew that driving it would scare the krap outta me!

    Kurt,

    I while back Klaus (NARW) continued the story of that car with... "After the 'G'-in-Motion team came back from France (Klaus didn't go) Ritchie sold the ST to Bill Cuddy and it went on to a couple of TransAm's and some SCCA club races... than... who knows?"

    The world is small ... no?

    Cheers,

    look for Type # on the engine case;

    911/70 = long stroke

    911/73 = short stroke

    I notice this ST doesn't sport any outside mirrors. I suppose looking back isn't needed with this type of power?

    When driving, I think I spend 50% of the time looking rearward for our state's finest. I must be gun-shy.
