Setting up MFI Pump on a racing car

    Hi to all

I have a factory 1972 2.5 MFI 911/73 engine and I am looking for some guide lines on setting up the fuel pump. It is running ok but i want to adjust the mixture more accurate.

There is a thread on Pelican called "MFI Pump Open Heart Surgery" started by Jeff Higgins. He and, on the later pages, Dick Lague talk about using an LM-1 or another air/fuel ratio monitor. They hooked them up to the exhaust pipe like a wide band oxygen sensor, then were able to collect data on a computer while driving to get the full range of load and rpm conditions. Then, based on that, they could turn the white/black screws or main rack or idle screws.
