    early air cleaner

    Jens-- If your looking for a air cleaner, I have a 1967 or 1968 factory air cleaner for sale . It does not have the parts that attach to the carbs though. You can E- Mail me norge10@Juno.com Chris

    Randy, it's raw amber. I'm guessing the resins might mellow with age and the heat and funk of the engine running for a bunch o' years.

    Mine is all red save for the scoop that covers the oil cooler which is gray like the yellow one pictured. It's never been painted.

    If your '73-S shroud is like the yellow one (only red) then you probably have a first half 'F' series car... probably no higher the 800, and no later then March...
